Thank you to everyone who joined us for our year end celebration picnic 🙂  We could hardly believe how fast this school year went by. It seems not that long ago that we were having Orientation & meeting many of you for the first time. Soon after came the first day of school for your little students. Since then we have come to know each other better & we have all become much closer, hopefully developing some lasting friendships along the way.

Another big THANK YOU to everyone at our school for their involvement & help when needed. This has been a shinning year; showing true cooperative spirit!

It is sad to see the year end, but it is bitter-sweet. This past year was a happy time that we spent helping your child to learn & grow, setting a solid example & giving them tools for their future education. We did that. More importantly; we did it together!

We have started open enrollment for our 2014 – 2015 school year & there are still some spaces available in our 2-4s & Pre-K classes!

Registration is processed on a first come/first served basis and requires the following forms to be submitted in order to confirm your spot:

• Completed Contract/ Registration Form
• $50 registration fee (cash or check)

Our Camp Co-Op program was a huge success & many of our out-going, returning & new students had a great time enjoying a variety of activities! Camp Co-Op is always fun & educational : )

Now that we have “wrapped-up” Camp, our focus is toward the upcoming school year. We are still accepting applications & have spaces available in most classes -but some spots are filling up quickly. Please contact us @ 238-5059  if you would like to visit our school, turn in an application or if you have any questions to discuss. We will call you back as soon as possible.

Don’t forget the Holiday Program on December 21, 2012 at 6:30 pm in the Live Oak Church Sanctuary. Our Winter Break is from December 22 thru January 6. See you on January 7, 2013!  We still have spaces in both  Pre-K classes~ MWF and TTHF~ and in our MW  3s/4s Class. Come join us for 2013!

Come join us for buckets of fun at PRCP Camp Coop! Camp meets on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:30am-12:00pm. We have been having a great time painting, exploring, imagining, learning and crafting. Cost is $25/day or you can purchase a 10-punch pass. Drop ins are welcome and its also a great way to introduce new students to preschool.

There are still four weeks left (Camp ends August 9), so come by and join in the fun.

The preschool is buzzing with activity, learning, and fun! While the children are busy buzzing with new ideas and projects, the Staff, Board, and families are busy preparing end of the school year events and planning for this summer’s “Camp CoOp” and registration, etc. for next Fall and beyond. Come join us for any or all of the upcoming events:

• Registration for currently enrolled families will be Tuesday, April 17th from 8 AM to Noon. A reminder that we can only accept three ” Level 2″ families per classroom.  You may download Forms on this website.
• Open registration for the general public will begin April 3oth at 8:30 AM.
• Spring Break is April 2nd through April 13th.
• We’ll have an information table at Templeton”s Farmer’s Market onApril 28th. Visit with us there!
• Clean Up Day (3s/4s families only) is May 19th at 8 AM.
•  The Last day of school and End of the Year Celebration Program  (6:30 PM) are June 6th, complete with a Silent Auction and Raffle.
• “Camp CoOP” begins on June 19th at 8:30 AM to Noon and ends August 9th.  More details to follow.

Welcome back to all of our students and families. 2011 brings us many opportunities to renew and honor not only ourselves but our valued connections, relationships, and special places. Of course, that brings to my mind our very special place–the preschool. This month on Saturday, January 22, at 8:30 am, we’ll have the opportunity to spruce up, clean up, and refurbish our “little gem of a school”. As an All School Event, you’ll meet and get to know more members of our community and get a chance to “honor” a place we all hold dear. See you on Saturday, Jan 22nd!! There is a sign up board for specific jobs on the porch. Please remember to bring any tools or supplies you may need to complete the task you sign up for.

This month we will be taking field trips to California Gold Gymnastics here in Paso. See the classroom doors for more details. We’ll also be having a scheduled practice fire drill before the end of the month. No worries, we’ll let you know ahead so you can talk about it with your child. We will be talking about it in the classrooms, too.
