Teaching ages 4-5 & preparing them for today’s Kindergarten classes and teaching ages 2-4 -getting them comfortable & ready for Pre-Kindergarten classes. Parent Aides will work alongside you in a 4:1 child: adult ratio. Use your creativity & experience to implement our curriculum. We are a very popular & active private cooperative preschool in operation since 1969. We are hiring now for our school year beginning Fall 2019 through May 2020.

Teachers need a minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units & experience with Teaching preschool &/ or elementary age students. We are looking for enthusiastic, knowledgeable, & fun Teachers -for a combination of structure & play based education. Aides need a minimum of 2 ECE units & concurrently enrolled in a min. of 2 ECE units for each following semester, reaching a minimum of 6 units.

Class times are 4 hours 8:15 – 12:15. Additionally, Teachers are paid 2 hours per day for lesson planning, 6 hours per month to change classroom over & 24 hours of sick leave per calendar year. The school year Teaching positions are for a Tuesday, Thursday &  Friday Pre-K class & a Monday & Wednesday 2-4s class.

Summer Camp schedule is for Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays starting June 3 through August 1, class times 8:15 – 12:15. Needed are: Teachers & Aides for our Summer program of one mixed-ages class per day.
